LISC MetroEdge has a long standing relationship with the City of Chicago to support retail development and retail retention efforts. Each year, we produce retail profiles for each of the 77 community areas defined by the City's Department of Community Development. These profiles are used by the City as part of their Shop Chicago program and are presented to prospective investors at events such as the International Council of Shopping Centers convenings.
Individual profiles are available for download below. These have been updated with the most current data as of October 2010.
